Starting at $499 per room per night (based on single or double occupancy), and available through Aug. 30, 2012, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island’s "Beaches and Bunkers" package includes:

Up to two rounds of golf at the Golf Club of Amelia Island(either two rounds for one person or one round each for two people; green fees and shared golf cart)

Overnight accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, recently ranked among Forbes Travel Guide’s four-star hotels

Honored by Condé Nast Traveler among its Top 100 Golf Resorts, the Golf Club of Amelia Island is directly adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, which is located on a barrier island off Florida’s northeast coast. The 18-hole course, designed by PGA Tour legends Mark McCumber and Gene Littler, is challenging, yet forgiving, and with ever-shifting ocean breezes no two rounds seem the same.

Celebrate the New Year with Special Offerings At The Spa At The Hotel Hershey

The Spa At The Hotel Hershey is ringing in the new year with champagne-inspired offerings and the return of its popular "I Live for Mondays" package.

Beginning January 1, guests of The Spa At The Hotel Hershey can experience the "Champagne Celebration Package," which provides a delicious blend of champagne grapes and citrus oils to tantalize the senses and renew and soften the body from head to toe. The package includes a Champagne Soak, Mimosa Champagne Scrub, Mimosa Champagne Body Wrap and complimentary glass of champagne. The package lasts two hours and costs $205*. The package is available daily in January only.

Guests who prefer to indulge in other treatments can still enjoy some champagne when they dine at the Oasis, the Spa's guest-only restaurant. A special menu of champagne offerings will be available throughout the month of January.

The Spa At The Hotel Hershey is also bringing back its "I Live for Mondays" package, available Mondays through Thursdays from January 2 through March 29. The package includes the Spa's popular Personal Prescription Facial, a 50-Minute Traditional Massage, the High Point Garden Hand Ritual and lunch in the Oasis. This package lasts four hours and costs $244*.

Gaslight Group introduces Harp Music Sunday Brunch & Wine Dinner Series

For this Holiday Season, Savannah’s Gaslight Group is introducing two new and very unique dining experiences.

For their Sunday Brunch; created by award winning head chef Jeff Crumpton; B. Matthew’s Eatery will be featuring the talented harpist, Kristin King to entertain diners, each Sunday. B. Matthew’s Sunday Brunch has been consistently named one of the best brunch choices for the Low Country and even nationwide.

The added musical element was first introduced on Sunday November 27th and will continue to be a part of B. Matthew’s weekly Sunday Brunch for 2012. “This is just a small part of our effort to support local musicians and we think it makes a great addition to the atmosphere,” said Jennifer Huskey, Co-owner of Gaslight Group.

# Beginning December 20th, Gaslight Restaurant Group will also be hosting a delectable wine dinner series at their newest location, Blue Turtle Bistro, in midtown Savannah. Executive Head Chef Jeff Crumpton and Blue Turtle chef Matt Baldwin are creating a specially designed five course menu to be paired with a variety of outstanding seasonal wines. The dinner will begin at 6:30pm on December 20th, 2011. Reservations are $90.00 per person, and are expected to fill up quickly.
